CONSTRUCTION

Gregory A.M. Brown is a licensed Architect and General Contractor (California). However, the construction services we offer at this time are limited to construction review of 3rd party design (bidability and constructability reviews) for clients typically provided prior to the bidding / negotiation phase. We also offer expert witness, code review, value engineering, construction claims / settlement as well as mediation and arbitration consulting.

 

CONSULTING

Having started multiple businesses, run the businesses as CEO, licensed technology, sold businesses or consulted to businesses, Gregory A.M. Brown offers a wide range of business related consulting. From start-up consulting, development of Business Plans and Executive Summary, fund raising, financial model analysis, development of target markets, and business performance from general overview to specific matters of concern.

Greg has developed a comprehensive series of classes and workshops focused on development of an effective and balanced sales and marketing effort. THE RAINMAKER PROGRAM™ evaluates the existing Sales and Marketing program (if any) and through a series of classes and workshops are tailored to identifying and developing weak performance areas and identifying new markets or untapped existing markets and how to access these markets to increase sales and revenue, reduce risk, load balance the sources of work for a company and teach staff that should be selling – to sell effectively.
